Some important things to remember about showing your quilt:- All items for display must be completed by show time
- Each quilt you turn in must have a 4”x 6” LABEL with your name, address and phone number securely sewn to it
- Each quilt must have a HANGING SLEEVE 4 to 5 inches wide when finished and attached securely to the quilt
- If you cannot personally pick up your quilt you must submit a written statement as to who is authorized to pick it up. The statement must be submitted at the time of DELIVERY on Thursday
- Quilts must be delivered Thursday, March 4 between 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m to the Clovis Veterans Memorial Building (map), 453 Hughes in Clovis
Picking your quilt up after the show:
- All quilts must be picked up at the Clovis Memorial Building on Sunday, March 7 between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m
- If you cannot personally pick up your quilt you must submit a written statement as to who is authorized to pick it up. The statement must be submitted at the time of DELIVERY on Thursday. The person authorized to pick up the quilt must have a copy of the written statement, proper identification and must sign for each quilt received.
- NO QUILTS WILL BE RETURNED BEFORE 5:00 PM AND ONLY COMMITTEE MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE MEMORIAL BUILDING BETWEEN 4:00 AND 5:00 PM.
